The Complete Walk Shakespeare in Liverpool
37 films will be screened in over 30 Liverpool venues to mark the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death.
The Complete Walk project has been spearheaded by Shakespeare’s Globe, and Liverpool is the only UK city outside London announced to be taking part.
The screenings will take place over the weekend of April 23-24.
There are locations all over the city centre and venues in the Quarter include: Marriott Hotel, Liverpool Playhouse, Central Library, World Museum and St George’s Hall.
The specially-made short films, covering each of the Bard’s plays, star big names including Peter Capaldi, Olivia Williams, Dominic West, Meera Syal and James Norton.
St Georges Quarter are delighted to take part and host the films for this special anniversary.
